Kofler, Levenstein, Romanotto & Co., P.C. Staff

Since all of the partners are long-term employees who have risen up from staff, we take a personal interest in our employees and developing their abilities.  We generally hire college graduates who can be trained in proper accounting and business practices.  During the interview process, we look for individuals who show technical knowledge, professionalism and an enthusiasm for the profession.

We encourage the staff to pursue their certification as well as develop their own specialties.  Our staff includes two certified public accountants that are developing their own specialties in the areas of retirement plan audits and trusts.

The current staff consists of a manager, a senior, four staff accountants and two support staff.
